Battery Won’t Charge?

Please use a 10–30 W adapter to charge the device. Adapters below 10 W may not provide enough power. Supports Fast Charge Protocols: QC 2.0 & PD 3.1.

Water Not Heating?

Make sure the battery is fully charged. Then press and hold the button for 1 second to start heating.

Do not hold longer than 2 seconds—this may reset the device to its default mode and stop heating.

Leaky or Weak Coffee?

Fill the basket up to 80%, tamp firmly, and screw the portafilter on tightly. One sec press to heat the water or double-tap the power button to start extraction. If taste is weak, use a finer grind; if flow stalls, go slightly coarser.

No water/coffee comes out, what should I do?

• Try adding less coffee grinds
• Try grinding the coffee a bit coarser.
• Don’t tamp too hard to reduce pressure
• Check if your grinder produces too many fine particles that may clog the filter.

My espresso tastes weak or watery, what should I do?

• Grind finer — we recommend using the Cera+ grinder at espresso level 0–1.
• Always use fresh coffee beans or capsules for the best flavor.
